☀️What if the student or teacher goes on vacation for a few weeks?
The subscription will be pushed forward. In other words, the next payment date will be moved into the future by the same number of weeks as the vacation. You’ll never pay for lessons you don’t receive.
Example: If your payment is usually on the 12th and your tutor takes a 1-week break, your next payment will be pushed forward to the 19th.

💳 Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes — you can cancel anytime before your next billing date. You’ll keep access to your remaining lessons, and no further payments will be charged.

🧾 Do unused lessons carry over?
Yes — unused lessons can carry over, but only into the following week (2 weeks maximum counting the current one). After that, the subscription continues on its regular schedule.
Example: If you miss a lesson scheduled for the 10th, you can still take it the following week (by the 17th). After that, the lesson is no longer available.

🌍 What about time zones?
Don’t worry — when you book a lesson, you’ll see a drop-down menu above the tutor’s calendar where you can select your own time zone (for example: « Fuseau horaire : Heure de l’Est (GMT-04:00) »). Just make sure it matches your location — that way, all the times you see on the calendar are correct for you.
And to make it extra safe, you’ll also get a personal confirmation email from Léa before each lesson, so we can double-check together that the date and time work perfectly.
