FAQs. Where do I schedule my appointments?
In 2024, Léa’s students usually have their own lesson time that repeats every week. Contact her to know about the available spots.
What if I need to reschedule a lesson?
Contact Léa by your favorite mode of communication with her (e-mail, skype or WhatsApp) and you’ll be able to find a new time with her promptly!
Can I get a refund?
Completed lessons should be paid. Another other unused lesson or package is refunded on a simple e-mail request.
How does the subscription work?
A subscription is easy and flexible too! If you go or Léa go on vacation for two weeks, we just push your payment date two weeks later. If you want to pause your subscription for an undetermined duration, we can pause it. You can also cancel it anytime.

By choosing a subscription, you get your personal time slot in Léa”s teaching calendar. You’ll get automatically billed every month for the corresponding amount. ONLY choose a subscription if you’re a current student and if you’ve priorly discussed about the terms with Léa.
Subscription terms:
Includes weekly French practice session, that is 4.3 hours per month on average for the weekly subscription. During subscription period, the student commits to the same automatic payment date, including in the event of skipping a lesson due to vacation or seasonal sickness. The subscription can be canceled in the event of prolonged illness or vacation of more than four consecutive weeks. The teacher also has her responsibilities: she agrees to honor the scheduled sessions and if she cancels a session, she offers slots to make it up. If more than one session per month is missed because of the teacher missing appointments, then the student can request compensation pro rata for the missed sessions. Only take a subscription if you’re a prior or current student. Thank you. Merci !
